New re-roof combination of flat and S tile roof. Removing existing roofing material and haul away the debris, replaced rotten wood and pass first inspection (deck). Instal new HVAC platform. Instal new edged metal around the roof, installing all three way roofing material included fiberglass base and smooth torch and final layer of torch cap sheet meets title 24 COOL roof. Instal 2 layers of fiberglass paper and two flashing all around pipes and vents. Installed S tile charcoal color.
